What brought you to ISAND:
I am passionate about using naturalistic techniques and positive behaviour supports within therapy for children diagnosed on the spectrum. ISAND is definitely ‘home’ to clinicians who value the importance of naturalistic intervention. Just like most parents who are eager to avail of EI services at ISAND for the NDBI program, as a therapist I wanted to serve this  population using an approach that is deeply rooted in a relationship focused model.

What do you really like about ISAND:
Absolutely love how clinicians from different fields collectively come together with their expertise to help clients with a common spirit of compassion and dedication.
The clinical and admin team truly work as one family to accept and support the clients we serve.
As a member of the EI team, I value the level of devotion that goes into collaborating with families to work towards identified goals for any individual child..

A little bit about who you are outside of ISAND – hobbies and interests
Other than trying to figure what’s the next best game, toy or routine your child is going to enjoy during the session, I love the outdoors.
